LARGE FORMAT PORTRAITS — Studio Session
Working with a large-format camera, composition, camera movements, operation, and portrait creation.
MAKING THE NEGATIVE — Darkroom Session
Sheet film process, its development, drying, handling and storing of negatives.
TUESDAY - 29 SEP : 9 am - 6 pm
SALT PRINTING — Portrait & Printing Session
Creating photographic prints using one of the earliest paper-based photographic processes.
WEDNESDAY - 30 SEP : 9 AM - 6 PM
WET PLATE TINTYPE — Portrait & Darkroom Session
Experience the wonder of photography's most iconic process as light, silver, and metal unite to create a singular photographic object unlike any other.
THURSDAY - 1 OCT : 9 AM - 6 PM
EARTH PIGMENT PRINTING — Portrait & Printing Session
Hand-coating paper and creating photographic prints using natural mineral & earth pigments.
FRIDAY - 2 OCT : 9 AM - 6 PM
CARBON TRANSFER PRINTING — Portrait & Printing Session
Exploring one of the most refined and archival photographic printing methods ever developed.
SATURDAY - 3 OCT : 9 AM - 6 PM
PHOTOPOLYMER GRAVURE — Portrait & Printmaking Session
Transforming photographs into richly inked fine-art prints through contemporary photomechanical printmaking.

Artist mentoring, workshop tuition, all photographic materials and chemistry, process consumables, studio sessions, curated models, shoot setups, demonstrations, and practical sessions.

A limited number of beautifully designed, air-conditioned rooms are available for participants wishing to stay with the artist, crew, and fellow participants throughout the workshop.
Accommodation is optional and must be booked at the time of registration.

Participants are requested to arrive at the venue before the scheduled start time each day to ensure sessions begin promptly.

• Video recording, live streaming, and phone recordings of workshop lectures, demonstrations, discussions, and practical sessions are not permitted.
• Analog Dream is an educational and artistic photography workshop. All portrait and figure studies are conducted with professionalism, respect, and artistic intent.
• The workshop does not create, promote, or participate in any form of adult content. Participants are expected to conduct themselves respectfully towards subjects, models, fellow participants, and the learning environment at all times.
• All participants must agree to the workshop terms and conditions and sign the required workshop and model release agreements.
• All presentations, lectures, demonstrations, discussions, and workshop communications will be conducted in English.
