Booking & Payments

  • Once your application is approved, a workshop deposit will be required to secure your participation.
    A payment link will be shared with you via email.

  • If you have opted for multiple payments, the remaining workshop balance may be paid in one or two instalments no later than 20th January 2026.

  • Full payment is required to secure your stay if you book with us.

    All cottages will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

    If you prefer to stay elsewhere, you are welcome to arrange your own accommodation independently at any nearby beach or property.

    For Alumni - A small deposit is required from you who have opted to pay in cash (Thai Baht) upon your arrival in Thailand.

  • By making a full payment for both the workshop and accommodation, your booking for the entire event will be completed in one go.

  • A payment link will be sent via email based on the option you selected in your application.

    Payments can be made using local and international debit/credit cards, UPI, Indian bank transfers, and other supported methods.

    If the accommodation is reserved with a deposit, the balance must be paid in Thai Baht Cash upon arrival in Thailand.

  • If we do not receive your participation confirmation with a payment within 5 business days of approval, your seat will be released to the next applicant.

    All information shared during registration and payment is confidential and securely encrypted, and will not be shared with any third party.
