Booking & Payments

  • Once your application is approved, a workshop deposit will be required to secure your participation.
    A payment link will be shared with you via email.

  • If you have opted for multiple payments, the remaining workshop balance may be paid in one or two instalments no later than 15th September 2026.

  • Full payment is required to secure your stay if you book with us.

    If you prefer to stay elsewhere, you are welcome to arrange your own accommodation independently.

  • By making a full payment for both the workshop and accommodation, your booking for the entire event will be completed in one go.

  • A payment link will be sent via email based on the option you selected in your application.

    Payments can be made using all local and international debit & credit cards and we also accept payments via UPI.

  • Participation must be confirmed with the required payment within 5 business days of receiving your approval notification. If payment is not received within this period, your seat may be released to the next applicant on the waiting list.

    All information submitted during registration and payment is treated as confidential and is securely processed through our encrypted payment gateway. Your personal information will never be shared with third parties.

    Please note that all workshop payments are non-refundable.
